Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

  • Subscription package expires either on consumption of number of clothes or consumption of number of pickups, or after expiry of the subscription period, whichever happens earlier. Customer has to renew subscription if either of the above three conditions is exhausted within a month of taking the subscription.
  • Any excess clothes above the subscription limit, for the current/active subscription, will be charged at a flat rate of INR 10 per piece to close that particular subscription.
  • We do not mix one customer’s clothes with another customer’s clothes during washing and drying. Each customer’s clothes are washed separately in one machine cycle. Our in-house experts exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us, using the method that is best suited to its nature and condition to give best results. However, in the rare cases of articles being lost/damaged, 20 times of the service rate charged for that article will be given for Normal Laundry Service and 5 times of the service rate charged for that article will be given for Dry Clean Services, if claimed within 24 hours of Delivery. The article, whether partially or completely damaged must be retained by us upon full settlement of claim unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right of approval of items that can be laundered or washed in one machine cycle.
  • Pick-up and delivery appointments will always be in slots during business hours (from 8 am to 10 pm). Customers can choose their convenient pickup and delivery time slots from the available slots which are shown on the App. Pickups and Deliveries are done on a FIFO basis as per the slots chosen by the customers and no special request will be entertained unless mutually agreed by the company and the customer.
  • Every effort is made to deliver clothes within 48-72 hours of pick up, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery becomes late, the customer is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in the charges. We put all efforts to respect the agreed pickup & delivery period & timeliness. Delays do not however give any right to compensation.
  • Clothes will be handed over to security or friend or neighbor in case of customer not being available only when a written/verbal confirmation is provided from the customer in the form of a mail, call or text message.
  • We do not assume responsibilities for inherent weaknesses, color loss, shrinkage, and damage to weak and tender fabrics or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suede’s, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethanes etc.
  • We will not take any liability for color bleeding, loss of buttons, cloth stretching/shrinking and other such issues. These issues primarily happen with cloth ageing and not a result of our laundry process.
  • The company aims to provide the best quality of cleaning available as per its standard methods; however, does not guarantee the removal of all stains on an article. Stain removal is a very complicated process and we do not guarantee stain removal in any case. Whenever possible, the company will notify the customer of stains and issues that cannot be resolved due to further possible damage to the fabric. For any special treatment to clothes, customers need to intimate upfront to the pickup person or the company office; special rates will be charged depending on the treatment process.
  • The customers must remove any ornaments or special buttons before sending for laundry. Responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads and sequins etc.
  • We shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in our laundry bag, such as watches, jewelry, or cufflinks. However, if we spot any such items, we will proactively inform the concerned customer.
  • In case of designer wear, the charges could vary and final applicable price will be at our sole discretion. We recommend customers to ‘dry clean’ their valuable articles and not to process it along with other clothes for normal machine wash. Customers can give such special treatment clothes separately during pickup. We do not assume responsibility for any kind of damage if customer agrees to send such valuable articles for normal machine wash.
  • The acknowledgement notification sent on App after successful pickup is not the ultimatum. The exact count of clothes (paid and free segregated) will be provided after the clothes reach our facility and will reflect in the details of the booking ID.
  • All articles must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known at time of collection, laundry service shall not be responsible for subsequent complaints.
  • Any complaint must be emailed to support@oneclickwash.com with pictures or snapshots of the article to help us understand the complaint better. Our team will respond to your complaint within 24-48 hours from receipt of your email. You can also use the support feature on the App to lodge your complaints or to raise a query.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control.
  • Prices are inclusive of Government Taxes as applicable. The Service Tariff is subject to change without notice.
  • Referral or Promo Codes are applicable only on 1-month subscription packages. For long duration packs, discount has already been considered during pricing and no promo/referral codes is applicable.
  • It is assumed that a member/customer on registration agrees to receive transactional and promotional Email/SMS/WhatsApp message/App Notification from us on their registered mobile number or Email ID

Additional Terms and Conditions for Long Duration Packs (LDP)

  • The package contents of Long Duration Packs (LDP) are direct multiple of base monthly pack. For instance, a 3-month pack will have 3x cloth limit and 3x pickup limit of a 1-month pack.
  • In the event of any increase in the price of any of the Long Duration Packs (LDP) during the validity of the subscription period, the subscriber will be extended a price protection and such increase will not be applicable during the subscription period.
  • Your subscription to the LDP is valid ONLY for a period of the term of the LDP. Post completion of the subscription period of the LDP, revised prices may apply as determined at company’s sole discretion.
  • Subscription to LDP does not authorize the Subscriber to automatically receive or apply any additional Promo Offers or services which are not part of the LDP. The prices of LDP already account for discounts applicable on it. Subscription to any additional services shall be at an additional cost.
  • Company reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace or withdraw the Long Duration Pack completely. However, such a change will be prospective and not retrospective in nature to ensure that the subscribers who have already subscribed to the Long Duration Pack are not inconvenienced in any manner.
  • Once the LDP package has commenced, cancellation or changes in LDP packages is not applicable, and no refund will be given.
